All prices are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD $).

Once you have selected your order, choose your payment method.   You can use your credit card or pay via direct deposit. 

We use the Square secure gateway for processing all credit cards payments.

When your order is made and you choose the direct deposit option, please email the payment receipt to murrayriverpilot@outlook.com 

When your payment receipt is confirmed, your order will be dispatched/shipped.

Retail (Online Orders) Shipping

We offer a standard shipping fee of $10 for domestic parcels, to any location within Australia. 

For international shipments, your order will be assessed and you will be provided with a quote for the shipping and postage costs. This allows us to accommodate various destinations and package sizes, ensuring that you receive the most accurate pricing for your international deliveries.  

Every shipment, irrespective of its final destination, will be accompanied by a tracking number. This feature allows you to keep track of your package's status at any moment, as it facilitates easy access to information regarding its current location and the estimated time of arrival during the entire shipping process. 

In the event that your order is available in our inventory, we strive to dispatch it within a timeframe of 24 to 48 hours. Should an item be out of stock, we kindly ask for your patience as we work to fulfill your order, and we will keep you informed regarding any delays that may occur. 

Additionally, we prioritise the careful packaging of your purchased items to ensure they reach your home in pristine condition, mirroring the quality they possessed when they departed from our store. 

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

DOMESTIC PARCELS

Standard: Usually within 6 business days to most destinations

Express: Usually within 2 business days to most destinations (subject to Austrlia Post guidelines/policy)

INTERNATIONAL PARCELS

Standard: 6 - 21 Business Days to most destinations

Please note that remote areas can sometimes be outside these estimates.
